「Good location with nice view. Spacious Helpful staff and easy instructions for after hour check in」

「The property is very old and the property photo deceiving. There was lots of unavoidable noise from other guests just going about normal things leading to creaks and bumps in the night. The room was small and the smell of air freshener overwhelming leading to headaches. The amenities were below par, leaking and a delay in the lights turning on after using the Switch. The bed was comfortable and clean and the staff lovely. How this property scores a 9 defies logic!!」

「The room seems old and not properly cleaned. Breakfast is included in our plan, it is self-service but not cooked in the kitchen on demand. The visit to Nature's Window make our car quite sandy, the car wash space provided can let us briefly clean the car before returning to the car rental. The hotel location is good, it is close to Geraldton town centre.」

「There were broken glasses all over the sofa which was probably left by previous customers. Also, the floor & sofa were so dirty. However, Staff there was very helpful. They tried to assist whatever we need & there was free drink vouchers provided at bar」

I enjoyed learning about the building and the incredible man who had foresight to come to Australia and create many special houses. Whilst staying at the Hermitage we dined at The Emerald restaurant just across the road. If you get a chance go and enjoy their delicious menu.」
