"Great location with amazing views. Unfortunately we experienced a number of issues with this stay. 1. Despite communication 2 days and 30 minutes before arrival via the contact details provided, we had to wait 40 minutes to get keys to check in. A 25 voucher was promised as compensation for 5 people, but not received. 2. You cannot access the pool until a face to face induction is done. Property manager sent the link to the google form but no inductions are done Sat to Monday, so first...

Great Southern Hotel Melbourne

"Staff were professional and courteous, offered an early check in as an unexpected bonus when we asked to store some luggage while we went to lunch. Our room was spotlessly clean and the shower pressure was great. A convection microwave made having snacks in the room a breeze. One of the castors on a bed did become dislodged but the maintenance team had it replaced in under half an hour with no hassles. Will definitely be looking at the Great Southern again for a stay in the CBD, it's very handy to the station as well as all the main tram lines. "
