「I've stayed in several bed and breakfast hotels on Blackpool and this was the best one. Still the same homey atmosphere but more professionally run. The usual creaky stairs and narrow corridors but renovated to a higher standard. Our "small" room was bigger than I expected and had a nicely tiled bathroom with a modern shower. The electrical outlets were well placed and even had smart phone plug-ins. Breakfast was really nice with lots of variety. All in all, a great stay. 」

「Guests need to accept most buildings in Blackpool are old, taking that into accout I cannot fault the Shining Diamond on the cleanliness of our room. Bedding and towels were spotless. Bathroom exceptionally clean. Breakfast was served promptly, well cooked and hot. Hosts Steve and Dawn two lovely people made us feel very welcome.....the property is literally a minutes walk away from the coach station and 10 minutes walk into the main part of the town for entertainment and shopping....」
