“The cutest little cottage that had personality and charm and made us feel like we were on holidays. We really loved being able to light the fire each night and snuggle up on the comfy couches. The backyard was also a gorgeous space with lots of seating options, our one year loved exploring (and eating fresh cherry tomatoes from the veggie patch!) We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rebook if we were holidaying in the area again! Thank you to the lovely hosts.”

“Host Georg met us on our arrival at Karawatha Cottages. Our cottage was immaculate inside and out. The decor was bery tasteful and there were lots of little touches that elevated it above the norm. The fridge was filled with milk water, tomatoes, yoghurt, eggs bacon, butter and jam. Fresh bread, granola, fruit, chocolate and a bottle of local wine was also provided. ”

“Located wrong side of Main South Rd meaning unable to walk to dinner or to the beach etc. needed to drive everywhere. Beds are small and not too comfortable… furniture in lounge area very limited and sofa bed not comfortable to sit on for a longer period. ”

“Was absolutely ecstatic to find this little gem as a surprise for my husbands birthday. As he knows this area very well, it was great to find something he didn’t know was there. From the moment we pulled in from the road, we were in love. The location, presentation, cleanliness, thoughtfulness - all 5 plus extra stars. Very thoughtful touches. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Phil & Wendy are great hosts and the private cruise on the wooden boat was a real highlight. We will definitely……

“We travelled from Adelaide to find somewhere to stay on a rainy long weekend and were not disappointed. The cottage had a warm and welcoming feel with a generous spread of local produce including cheese, red wine, freshly baked bread, eggs, bacon and sausages and plenty of condiments!Our 2 girls under 10 loved meeting the 2 friendly dogs, sheep and alpacas, you can walk freely around the property and down to the creek.The wonderful hosts Merv and Karen made sure we had everything we needed for……
