“Great centralised location. Easy key pick-up and check-out. Comfortable bed and everything required to be fully self contained. ”

“Lovely one bedroom unit with a nice deep balcony. Cafe downstairs, easy walk to station, Coles supermarket, tourist sites etc. Very well located. When there was an issue with the unit beyond anyone’s control Suzanne was very proactive in dealing with it for us . Her communication was excellent. We would happily stay again.”

“I had a great stay at the studio. When I entered the studio soft music and atmospheric light welcomed me, a warm welcome! The studio is practical and comfortable. The studio is located in a quiet part of the Subiaco district. The city center of Perth can be reached in just 15 minutes by public transport. Although we didn't meet in person, communication with the host was excellent. I appreciated that the studio offered a peaceful retreat after a busy day in the city. In my opinion, the studio is……

“One of the best accomodation that I ever rented. The space is big enough for up to 2-3 people, with 2 separate twin beds and 1 couch, complete with all the instructions on everything (lamps, toilets, kitchen, lights, arrival and departure checklists). Kitchen utensils and flat amenities are complete. There's also microwave, fridge and washing machine. If there's few things I can add, might be a good addition to have room heater, kitchen basic ingredients (cooking oil, salt and pepper), and also……

“Very nice accommodation in a quiet suburban street. Great attention to detail as there was everything we needed.”

“Modern , well thiught out operation . Check in was easy and Mark even came out and greeted me . Kitchen is the complere package . Wi fi imformation on a easy to read document .Parking and vehicle security is first rate . Location is spectacular and access tto shops is easy . Lovelt stay .”

“We had a great stay here and felt very secure and cosy. It was very clean and well set up.”

“Great owner interaction. Very helpful communication from owner which would not have been necessary if Stayz had been more efficient with property access advice. The apartment was welcoming and matched photos. Great view. . Neighbourhood not my vibe. Stairs difficult if you have an injury. Lift not on every floor. Secure parking was a bonus. It would have been a difficult stay without the help of owner. Other Stayz Customers were also lost and unable to navigate their checkin. ”
