Welcome to San Buenas, a lovely gated community. Your Costa Rica vacation spot is a gorgeous 1B/1B condo is 900 sf. of luxurious living. Enjoy an amazing 3rd-floor view of the mountains, jungle, and the pool.
Beautiful sunsets await you while enjoying your evening cocktail on our beautiful balcony or poolside. While you sip your morning coffee and wonder what time would be the best time to take a hike to see all the amazing wildlife. You may also decide to relax and do nothing, you could enjoy a lazy afternoon lounging around the pool and listening to the sounds of nature. You will be happy that you chose this serene and peaceful location to explore the beauty of Costa Rica’s Southern Zone.
This 1B/1B condo comes with all the amenities you would expect in new construction. TV, High-Speed Internet, washer and dryer, microwave, modern stainless steel appliances, and much more.
Everything you want in Costa Rica's Southern Zone is within easy driving distance. The village of Ojochal with its fine dining is only 15 minutes north and Palmar Norte is 15 minutes south and both provide for banking and shopping and there are four very secluded beaches within an easy 30-minute drive.

Very nice
The condo we stayed in was very nice and well-equipped. Lu was great and responded to all our enquiries about places to eat, the closest grocery store, and the golf course. The pool is huge and clean, although it is almost too warm.
The golf course is nice, but appears to still be recovering from the rainy season. Playing golf in the tropics means hot, humid conditions so bring plenty of water.
Overall, it is a very comfortable, relaxing, quiet environment with all the essentials.
