Excellent position, quiet, but close to the harbour and beach. The villa was very clean but a few bits are probably due a replacement… such as the bathroom taps… washing line. Had everything we needed though and was glad of starter essentials such as toilet rolls, washing up liquid, salt and sweetener. Host was lovely and on hand if we’d have needed anything at all.

Good size pool… maybe a little deep for small children at the shallow end.

The beach 15 minute walk or 10 minute drive with a 1min walk

Todo ha sido excelente, la casa es más bonita de lo que se ve en las fotos. Tiene todo lo necesario y en buen estado. La ubicación para moverse por la isla es muy cómoda y la zona cercana también está muy bien para pasear. La comunicación y el trato con la propietaria ha sido muy agradable. Sin dudas volveriamos a esta casa!

Great villa, perfect location with beautiful views and a short walk to the marina. Gabriela is a lovely host, calling in to check everything was ok. Highly recommended, would return tomorrow if I could!!

Great location

Mostly good, however, could have done with a folder of information regarding tv, alarm, oven, recycling etc. Think we were the first let of the season so property was quite chilly initially and there was only one fan heater which didn't work. Internet wasn't working when we arrived but this was dealt with very promptly by Gabriella.

August week away

We had an amazing time here. The property is exactly as described and photographed, but it doesn’t show quite how beautiful the view over the bay is with boats travelling back and forth. A few Minutes walk along the coast you are in the marina with ships restaurants and bars. Another couple of minutes your on the beach. Walk the other way for 5 minutes and your at the lighthouse with amazing sunset views and drinks. Pool is great, the kids had to be dragged out of it. Parking outside on a quiet road. Great hosts, who had a small issues resolved instantly and came round to make sure everything was ok. Highly recommended, just amazing location, I could have sat and looked at the view all day.

La Joya

What a wonderful 10 days we had in this lovely villa. Very spacious and comfortable and the uninterrupted view of the sea was incredible. The roof terrace was an unexpected bonus and it was lovely to sit up there and watch the stars (with a wine or two!). The pool was worth the world in the almost 30 degree heat and we used it every day. The villa was well situated being just a short stroll to the marina or in the other direction the d’artutx lighthouse. The kitchen was well equipped and we made use of the cooking facilities on a number of occasions , including the barbecue (another unexpected bonus). We would highly recommend La Joya and would happily return in the future.

Insgesamt etwas enttäuschend.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen plus Kleinkind für 2 Wochen in dieser Ferienwohnung und insgesamt waren wir schon etwas enttäuscht. Das Zweiparteienhaus hat eine großartige Lage mit einem wunderschönen Meerblick. Vieles ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, zum Beispiel der Jachthafen mit vielen Restaurants und Supermärkten oder auch die Bushaltestelle. Der Wunsch nach einem Zustellbett für ein Kleinkind wurde kostenlos erfüllt. Eine persönliche Wohnungsübergabe gab es nicht. In dieser Wohnung gibt es einen deutlichen Renovierungsstau, die Spülbecken in der Küche z.B. sind gruselig, Gegenstände aus Metall sind zum Teil stark oxidiert. Die Ausstattung ist auf das Notwendigste beschränkt, Handtücher wäscht man selbst, weil zu wenige vorhanden sind, Toilettenpapier kauft man selbst.

Everything was good. House perfect and Nice . Specialiy Nice temperature swimmingpool in begin mai and the looks over sea. Nearbij restaurants maken it perfect. Less : One towel for a week pp is to little. No chance

La información del alojamiento coincide con la realidad

El casa muy cómoda y dotada con lavadora , lavavajillas y wifi. Aparcamiento en la puerta sin problemas. Poco trafico en la calle, residentes basicamente. El patio genial con sol y sombra. La piscina también, agua bastante caliente en septiembre. La playa más cercana para baño es Cala Bosch, a unos 400 metros calculo yo. La casa esta en primera linea de playa, pero enfrente es rocosa
