The large communal garden, very well kept, will lead you to the shared chlorine swimming pool of 15x7m with a depth between 0.4m and 1.80m where you will be able to refresh yourself on the hottest days. Due to its location in an apartment building, this flat has direct neighbors.
The interior of the flat offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The living/dining room, which is perfect for cozy evenings, has an AC and a TV. The kitchen is open to the living room and has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. There is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board in the house. When it's time to sleep, you will find two double bedrooms, both with fans. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide a cot and highchair.
The house is very close to Ciutadella, one of the most important cities of Menorca. Its location near the sea, as well as its picturesque old town, are ideal for wandering through the streets and soaking up the Menorcan spirit. If you fancy a swim in the sea, we recommend you to visit the beach of Cala Blanca, with its crystal clear waters.
