Two sun loungers and parasol comfortable residence "Antica Torre", 2 storeys. In the centre of Civezza 4 km from the centre of San Lorenzo al Mare, 7 km from the centre of Riva Ligure, 14 km from the centre of Sanremo, in an elevated position, 4 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: swimming pool (12 x 4 m, depth 100 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower. Stepped path (8 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bicycle rental 4 km, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Imperia Oneglia" 7 km, sandy beach 4 km. Marina 4 km. Please note: car recommended. Obligation to wear bathing caps.
