"The hotel is dated. Bathrooms were clean. Couch in our room was worn and stained. Had 1 towel in a suite reserved for 4. Balcony was very small and no view. The indoor pool was not heated and not well maintained. The valet process took a long time."

"oh my goodness- i really wanted all of my money back as if you have a room facing Bricktown- look out- you will be up ALL night with hot rod drivers reving up cars. it lasted for hours and we called the front desk to call the police of which they said they can’t do anything! You will get ZERO sleep unless you are facing the ugly air conditioner units in back!"

"From the check in front desk staff to the restaurant servers, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel had good hot and cold breakfast selection. The ambience of the hotel was pleasant. The rooms are clean and comfortable. "

"Awesome hotel!! Location literally cannot be beat, you are right in the middle of everything downtown has to offer! Valet staff were very nice, as well as front desk. Highly recommend. "

"Parking and building access are not super easy. Self park is on the 5th floor of the garage and the elevators to the garage shut down between 8:30pm and 5:30am. The hotel lobby is situated on the 4th floor of an office building so it’s a little difficult to navigate the first time you come in. The rooms and lobby are beautiful, but seem to favor appearance over comfort and convenience."

"Overall it was great. A few things other travelers might like to know ahead of time. Counter space in bathroom was tiny! We used the desk in the main room, which then felt cluttered. Also no microwave. Which was an inconvenience for a multi day stay. The front desk offered NO information at check in. Like breakfast hours, trolley stop location, etc. They were helpful enough when asked."
