The rooms are sparkling clean. Stefan, the owner, greeted us, he was always very friendly and prompt to respond to our calls and messages. He recommended a very good restaurant around the corner and very kindly arranged for our taxi to the port and even notified us of the arrival of its arrival the following morning. WeI will definitely stay there again

Excellent location. Close to the train station and the pier. Cafés and restaurants outside the door and around the corner. Bathrooms are large and spotless. Nice variety of breakfast snacks, coffee and teas along with a mini fridge with various complementary beverages. Thank you Francesco.

Pre-cruise stopover. Enjoyed the city and convenience of being at the port. Very walkable. On the beach. The hotel was very old which made it a nice change for us.

We ended up running late because Air France had lost our luggage. It showed up a few flights later which would’ve had us checking in past the cutoff time but Francesco was kind enough to help out our situation and allow us to check in late. Once we arrived the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Es war die ideale Übernachtung nicht weit vom Hafen. So konnten wir direkt schnell zum Schiff am Morgen. Deinen Fahrdienst unbedingt in Anspruch nehmen, da wir bei der Heimreise von Taxifahrern ausgenommen wurden und das doppelte bezahlt haben.

Very spartan decor and quite small. Lots of street noise, but clean with a decent bathroom. No staff on site. The owner and cleaning staff were there mid morning for about 2 hours. There is only 4 rooms that make up the rentals the rest are all permanent rentals. Very tiny old elevator.👎

I left a comment on my last stay and it’s still GREAT! To the people who gave a lower review which was few! I challenge you to find a better Italian experience than what you found at the Museum guest house!! If you are so picky why did you book something at such a great price!! You drama queen reviewers are a disgrace!! They tell you what you’re getting from the start !! So don’t try that!! Beautiful ITALIAN EXPERIENCE🇮🇹🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🇮🇹

Absolutely exceptional service. Staff met us at the entrance, helped carry our baggage and ensured we understood everything about the property. Great value, safety and service. I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend this hotel.

From the time you check in to the time you leave .. you are family . Francesco makes sure you have all the information you need to get around. Also, helped arrange our transportation to the cruise terminal. Would definitely recommend

The Museum Guest house exceeded our expectations in all ways. Location is great for cruise port access as well as Civitavechia sightseeing. Easy access to train terminal and buses as well. Francesco was an outstanding host with excellent knowledge of cruise line workings and time lines. His dinner recommendation was also terrific. He knows his stuff. Thank you for a great stay

Right next to Colosseum with a great view and lots of places to visit and eat. Close to the local bus and hop on and hop off stops. Very safe and hospitality is top notch.
