Beautiful and Peaceful

This is great spot if you want to get away from everything for a while. Contact with Mila was superb, the directions to the property made it very easy to find. The villa was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and extremely comfortable with panoramic views of the mountains. It's very quiet and easy to relax there. The local towns are a short drive away making it easy to get out and see something, eat out or just to grab some supplies.

Outstanding

We had a very warm welcome from Mila and were well looked after and advised by her. The property is equipped with everything you need for a happy stay. Everything was super clean and tidy. We had more than enough capsules available for the coffee machine (which is rather the exception). The kitchen is very well equipped. There were towels in all sizes. From the pool and the terrace you can enjoy a unique view over the valley to the mountains. A paradise for relaxing. Apart from nature, you hear nothing there. We would have liked to stay longer. So the only negative thing was that our holiday was too short. Many thanks again to Mila and Lennart for their friendliness and commitment. We would love to come back!

Peaceful place

We came to relax, and we succeeded very well. The space has everything you desire, the area is so quiet and expansive and Mila gave many tips about what we can do in the area. Thank you for the nice stay!

Great Vacation!

We had a great and relaxing time in the house. The house is great with everything needed and plenty of space for two people. The environment and the little village nearby are typical Abruzzo with friendly people and good authentic food. The view from the terrace to the mountains is stunning and the greatest thing is the pool which we enjoyed very much. Only the last piece of road to the house can be a bit of a challenge if your car is very big or very low. Don't take the Ferrari ;) Mila, the property manager immediately cares about any issues, communication was very good. All in all a very good choice for a calm and relaxing vacation.

Das Ferienhaus ist wie von Lennart beschrieben. Die Atmosphäre im Haus einmalig. In der Aussenanlage mit überdachter Terrasse, Pool und herrlichem Weitblick lässt es sich auch bei 35 sehr gut aushalten. Der Kontakt mit Lennart und Mila (diese ist vor Ort) war stets problemlos.Also: Haus, Pool und Lage, top. Klare Empfehlung von mir.Anmerkung: evtl. Fliegengitter im Schlafzimmer anbringen.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach traumhaft. Ein wunderbares Haus mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Mila, welche das Haus verwaltet, war ein guter Ansprechpartner hat uns sehr unterstützt mit Rat und Tat. Hat für mich einen Werkstatttermin ausgemacht da ich Probleme mit dem Auto hatte. Wer die Ruhe genießen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Herrlich ruhig und wunderschön

Dies ist ein wunderschöner Rückzugsort wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht. Ganz toll renoviertes, ursprünglich schönes Haus mit allem Komfort. Das Haus hat Charme und man spürt die Liebe und Begeisterung die in dieses Domizil gesteckt wurde. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und mitten in der Natur. Der Pool sowie der Sitzplatz sind schön angelegt und laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr unkompliziert und freundlich und die Übernahme sowie die Abgabe des Hauses verliefen reibungslos. Wir können diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und würden selbst jederzeit dahin zurück kehren. Nochmals herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in einem tollen Haus in mitten grandioser Landschaft

Das Haus ist wunderschön hergerichtet, modern eingerichtet und der Pool sensationell. Das Haus ist ruhig und einsam gelegen man hat hier wirklich seine Ruhe. Doch kann man tolle Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen! Mila war sehr hilfsbereit! Es war ein gelungener Urlaub!

abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa casa fantastica per dieci giorni e per noi è stato il vero paradiso ! Un'oasi di pace, relax e bellezza. Magnificent stay in the hills

We spent there wonderful days of relax and totally quietness and enjoyed the pleasures of the amazing house like the pool and the well equipped kitchen. It is a perfect house for people who are looking for a relaxed and comfortable stay in the nature. Also a good strategic position to explore either the Adriatic coast or the close mountains of Maiella or Gran Sasso. Perfect communication with the host. Definitely recommended!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Es war alles wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist wirklich toll. Außerdem sind keine Nachbarn in direkter nähe, wodurch es sehr ruhig ist. Der Pool ist ebenfalls ein Highlight. In dem Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt (Küche sehr gut ausgestattet). Die Kommunikation mit Mila hat wunderbar funktioniert. Wer ruhige und ungestörte Tage genießen möchte ist hier genau richtig.
