Grazie di cuore ad Alfredo e i suoi collaboratori. Di solito quando ci troviamo bene scriviamo “come a casa”….in questo caso dobbiamo dire “ MEGLIO di casa”!!! Non vediamo l’ora di viverla in estate!! Grazie ancora!!

….appena arrivati subito la disponibilità e l’accoglienza hanno fatto il loro impatto che insieme alla meravigliosa villa hanno dato inizio ad una splendida vacanza…. La cura per ogni singolo dettaglio non è lasciata al caso, la villa è tenuta molto bene il giardino grandissimo, la piscina tra gli ulivi, gli alberi da frutto, posti dove è possibile godersi il fresco e posti dove il sole è il padrone….il barbecue, la zona picnic tutto meraviglioso!!! Soprattutto la gentilezza di tutto lo staff (Alfredo, Sara,Guido) sempre pronti per qualsiasi necessità. La villa è situata vicino ad ogni tipo di esigenza e a pochi minuti dal mare…. Consigliato per famiglie come noi ma anche per chi vuole godersi pace e tranquillità immergendosi nel verde!!! Sicuri di tornare presto un grazie da tutti noi!!! As soon as we arrived immediately, the availability and hospitality made their impact which together with the wonderful villa started a wonderful holiday…. The attention to every single detail is not left to chance, the villa is very well kept the huge garden, the swimming pool among the olive trees, the fruit trees, places where you can enjoy the coolness and places where the sun is pleasant .... barbecue, the picnic area all wonderful !!! Above all the kindness of all (Alfredo, Sara, Guido) always ready for any need. The villa is located close to every need and a few minutes from the sea…. Recommended for families like us but also for those who want to enjoy peace and tranquility immersed in the green !!! Sure to come back soon thanks from all of us !!! بمجرد وصولنا، كان ليكرم الضيافة تأثير الخاص يعطيك مع الفيلا الرائعة الشعور بإنها ستكون عطلة رائعة…. الاهتمام بكل التفاصيل في فيلا و الحديقة لم يترك شئ للصدفة ، الفيلا مصانة بشكل رائع، الحديقة الضخمة ، حمام السباحة بين أشجار الزيتون ، أشجار الفاكهة ، الأماكن حيث يمكنك الاستمتاع بالبرودة والأماكن التي تكون فيها الشمس لطيفة .. .. الشواء منطقة النزهة كلها رائعة !!! قبل كل شيء ، فإن الجميع لطفاء (ألفريدو ، سارة ، جيدو) وكلهم مستعدون دائمًا لأي خدمة . الفيلا تقع بالقرب من كل الاحتياجات اليومية وعلى بعد دقائق قليلة من البحر…. موصى به للعائلات مثلنا ولكن أيضًا لأولئك الذين يرغبون في الاستمتاع بالسلام والهدوء في المساحات الخضراء !!! شكرًا منا جميعًا !!!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Garten

Wir haben die Zeit in Villa Lempa sehr genossen. Der Ort selbst ist eher unspektakulär, aber es gibt alles, was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub benötigt: Einen nahe zum Haus gelegenen Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Apotheke, Bars, Restaurants, Post, Bankomat und herrliche Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. etc. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gut eingerichtet und entspricht voll und ganz der ausführlichen Beschreibung von Alfredo. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Klasse ist, dass er sehr gut Englisch spricht. Unsere Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet und ggf. kam er persönlich vorbei, um uns zum Beispiel wirksames Insektenschutzmittel zur Verfügung zu stellen. Ganz lieben Dank nochmals dafür! Der Pool und der Garten laden zum Verweilen ein und Beides wurde Dank des fantastischen Wetters täglich genutzt. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und es wurde regelmäßig der Pool gesäubert. Wir mussten uns um nichts kümmern und konnten herrlich entspannen.

Ein herrlicher Ort für Herbstferien

In unserem Herbsturlaub Ende September/Anfang Oktober waren wir in diesem schönen Ferienhaus in Villa Lempa, das die Erwartungen, die man aufgrund der Beschreibung mitbringt, übertrifft. Alfredo, der Vermieter, ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Mann, dem es ein Anliegen ist, dass seine Gäste sich wohlfühlen. Schon vorab hat er uns umfangreiche Informationen über Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gastronomie, Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Region zugeschickt. Auch im Haus stehen diese Informationen sowie eine vorbildliche Dokumentation über das Haus in einem Ordner und auf den Laptop zur Verfügung. Im Haus gibt es W-Lan und wie erwähnt einen Laptop zur Benutzung durch Gäste. Ums Haus hat man viel Platz; eine grosse Wiese mit einigen Bäumen, daneben ein Olivenhain und mittendrin ein Schwimmbecken. Ein Ort zum Verweilen oder auch zum Herumrennen, Spielen etc. Also herovrragend geeignet für Kinder, auch für kleine, da das Gelände umzäunt ist. Villa Lempa ist ein kleiner, unspektakulärer Ort, in dem alles da ist, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht; Bankautomat, ein Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke, einige Restaurants und Bars etc. Das Dorf liegt am Fusse der Monti dei Fiori, die bereits zum Nationalpark Monti della Laga und Gran Sasso gehören. Von hier aus kann man also hervorragend aufbrechen in diese schöne, wildromatische Gegend. Die Fahrt ans Meer dauert etwa eine halbe Stunde, für einen reinen Strandurlaub also etwas zu weit. Die Reisezeit September/Anfang Oktober ist für jene, die es nicht ganz heiss mögen, optimal. Das Meer ist noch warm genug zum Baden, auch wenn um diese Zeit nicht mehr viele Italiener baden gehen und die Touristen sind grösstenteils auch schon wieder weg - man hat den Strand fast für sich. Es kann aber abends schon kühl werden und auch mal einen oder zwei Tage regnen. Auf jeden Fall ist diese Ferienunterkunft zu empfehlen.

Gemütliches Haus in großem Garten

Sehr gepflegtes und gemütliches Ferienhaus mit großem Garten, Gemüsegarten und Pool im Olivenhain. Wir hatten ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis zu den Vermietern. Sogar Gemüse durften wir uns nehmen, was wir brauchten. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gaststätte im Ort zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Kartenmaterial und jede Menge Ausflugtipps erhielten wir vom Vermieter. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthaltes.

A relaxing and worthwhile stay in Abruzzo

We enjoyed our stay in this holiday house in Villa Lempa. The owner, Alfredo, is extremely friendly and helpful. We received useful information not only about the house but also about the places worth visiting in Abruzzo and le Marche. The house itself is spacious and has all the necessary comfort. There is a pool table and table football for the kids. It is situated in quiet surroundings, it has a lovely pool and a huge garden with olive trees on one side and on the other side lovely old trees. We also received delicious vegetables and fruit from the garden. It is an ideal location if you want to have the mountains (Gran Sasso) as well as the sea. They are both situated nearby. Also beautiful cities and villages are within reach: Ascoli Piceno, Civitella del Tronto and Offida to name only a few. It goes without saying that nature in Abruzzo is stunning!!! It is ideal for trekking and walking. People in Abruzzo are also very friendly and helpful because tourism is not widely spread yet. We recommend this location to everyone! Vacanza fantastica e rilassante

Innanzitutto la descrizione presente sul sito è perfettamente corrispondente a quanto troverete sul posto. Silenziosa, tranquilla, pulita, attrezzata con un immenso giardino e una bellissima piscina immersa tra gli ulivi. I proprietari, Alfredo e Vittoria, sono due persone squisite e gentilissime che ci hanno fatto passare tre settimane perfette, compreso il nostro cane. La consigliamo a chiunque!

Typisch italienischer Charme

Wir fanden das große Grundstück mit dem Holzhaus sowie dem schönen, in Olivenbäumen eingebetteten, Pool genau wie beschrieben, sauber und mit typisch italienischem Charme vor. Die Buchung, Ankunft und Übergabe verlief sehr unkompliziert in englisch durch den charmanten Besitzer Alfredo Sabatucci, von dem wir über die gesamte Urlaubszeit sehr gut betreut wurden, und der stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Civitella del Tronto ist ein Muss und auch einen Tag die Adria genießen ist zu empfehlen. Für Wanderer ist sehr viel zu erkunden und im Haus liegen einige Prospekte und Anregungen für Ausflüge bereit.
