“The woman who checked us in was very friendly even upgraded our room to pool side. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool. The room was clean only problem was the shampoo & conditioner in the containers in the shower were completely empty. And yes I am that person that uses the shampoo & conditioner in the shower especially after being in the pool with chlorine. I don’t like the smell on my hair & body. Other than that everything was great.”

“Worst hotel I have ever been to. The reviews that give 10/10 are fake or family members of staff. Look at the names. A bunch of them are the same. Smells like cigarettes and pot. The guy at the desk took a personal call on his cell phone while checking us in and told us to wait while he talked in another language and pretended to click things on the computer for 5 minutes.
I can't emphasize this enough, you do not want to stay here. Feels like you're going to get robbed, stabbed, and everything……
