“Positif : Environnement agréable, au calme. Cuisine bien équipée Facilité de contact avec la propriétaire ou gérante. Négatif : Maison vieillissante Propreté moyenne Portes grinçantes, gênant la nuit Lits de 140 (un peu dépassé) et couettes trop petites Odeur persistante de fuel dégagée par la chaudière. Vu la météo, un étendoir à linge d'intérieur serait souhaitable.”

“Debbie’s cottage was beautiful, comfortable and well appointed. We were warmly greeted upon arrival by Debbie and the resident cat, Lilly - an added bonus! The views from the cottage were exactly as pictured, and made more enjoyable by the neighborhood of sheep, donkeys and cattle. The cottage is on a quiet road by the sea, perfect for daily strolls . Debbie was more than helpful with dining and activity suggestions. The only thing that would make our stay better would have been staying 2 weeks……

“This peaceful cottage is in a great location if you want to get away from it all. Finding it may have been easier if the instructions were in English rather than German. Easy access to Westport and Newport if you need to shop. The cottage itself was not the warmest place we have ever stayed and could do with a little tlc but generally comfortable . The inspiring views of Croagh Patrick were largely blocked by an overgrown hedge. However we enjoyed our stay very much.”

“Tidy and well equipped apartement located in a quite, peaceful area near the sea. Anna is a welcoming and caring host. Check-In and Check-Out went smoothly, as well as the communication. A car is a must. Anna gave us some good recommandations about what to do,where to eat, or where to stop for a drink ;). You won't get bored here. Electricity works by inserting 1 or 2€ coins. We've spent 8€ for 3 Days. The radiators used up quite a bit electricity. Just don't use it too much. ;) All in all, we……

“This well appointed immaculate home provided all the comforts of home for our group of golfers from the USA. The beds were SO comfortable and the separate bathrooms for each bedroom were a real bonus. The property is tucked away in the beautiful, quiet West Ireland countryside and yet is only a five minute drive from the town center. “Home decor was lovely , lovely linen, lots of space . Felt very comfortable staying there. Location superb - short car drive from everywhere. Few minor issues which have been feed back to owner - grubby laundry and main bathroom - ensuite was lovely , bins full.”

“We’re “day trippers” and value returning after a day’s foray to a welcoming home. Heaven, Too was just that and more: spacious to the point of luxury, with views that constantly drew the eye. I was often re-reading the same page two or three times because I was either distracted by the scene outside or drifting off in the comfort of the lovely sunroom. Highly recommended.”

“A really lovely place to stay in Westport. The three bedrooms, each with their own baths, were perfect for my aunt, my daughter and me. The rooms are very nicely decorated and the beds quite comfortable. Seamus meet us at the door with short notice when our flight was delayed. The location is perfect, right in the middle of town with shops and restaurants in walking distance. Two things to note. There is a kitchen and dining area but no sitting room. “This cottage was an absolute dream. We arrived on a blowy evening and lit the woodburner in the cosy sitting room. In the morning we awoke to glorious views across a sparkling sea to the Connemara hills, with lambs hopping around the adjacent field. There are stunning walks straight out of the door, including to a beautiful cove just steps away. We felt like we were at the edge of the world, yet Letterfrack was conveniently close for shops and pubs. Communication was excellent and we had great……

“Apartment was spotlessly clean and has everything you could need. Parking. All services adequate. Gardens well maintained and nice flowers on stairways. Right beside pubs and shops. Easy communication with manager. No problems at all.”

“It is a really good house for a group of up to 10 people. It's three minutes from Westport by car and easily walkable too. The house overall was extremely comfortable and well equipped. The beds were really good quality and comfortable too. The only thing I would suggest is it would be great to have a few additional en suites but it worked well as it was for our group. We all agreed that we would happily rebook The Rocks were we to return to Westport again.”
