"Accommodation was clean, comfortable and modern. Amenities such as an elevator could be installed as climbing stairs to the 3rd floor with luggage is as challenging as descending especially when it rains. "

"The purpose of this trip was to rejuvenate and I found the perfect place. The view of the coast line from the balcony was breathtaking. Perfect for a group of up to 5 (only 3 allowed). 5 minutes walk to everything. Dunns River Falls, Mystic mountains, and everything in town. Only one thing went out of place, the power went out in the town for a couple of hours (not the property’s fault). This place was amazing. Nice pool. Almost perfect place. "I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. Spiders and cobwebs were in every common area, which shows no one did the basic cleaning and upkeep. There was no running water every day from 12am-2pm! I couldn't shower or...
