“The place was clean and welcoming. The apartment was well stocked amenities (soap, towels, bedding, coffee filters) and the host even had a few local snacks the kids enjoyed. The building was secure and clear instructions were left for entry/exit. Would stay again next time we visit family and friends.”

“Got to the property was told it's not for rent and could not stay it was late and they were rude this place is a scam and was not able to get refund ”

I think it’s also important to know that the property is in a gated community for your extra security which gave me a feel of exclusivity during my stay. “Staying at fern court really gave me the island feel. With the garden view and lush colors of the island, it was a lot different from back home. The community is gated which is really nice. The apartment was super comfortable and I really liked the fact that I had a full kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!”
