“The Communication was very poor. The day before they changed where i was staying and never communicated. I had to keep sending a message. I read the previous review and still like to give the property another chance. Do not go here!!!!!! The place was so hot. One AC in the bedroom only. So the living room stayed hot.....The only thing good about the visit was the housekeeper. Such an amazing person. ”

“Pros: Property was clean, well equip with necessities eg: pots Utensils ect. Host communicate well . Cons: Housekeeping did not replenish towels or take trash. No Television, couldn't watch the local news. It's best to bring a laptop, tablet or some device for entertainment inside the apartment, very boring without the television. Overall stay was good.”

“The location was perfect for me. The gated community felt safe and had a pool and beach access right on the property. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. The water pressure was sometimes low, but that can be expected in Jamaica. The host was very responsive and quickly addressed any questions or concerns. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.”

We stayed at 3 different 5-star oceanfront villas in Negril, Portland, Tower iles, St. Mary and three bueatiful private host homes in Trelawny, Montego Bay & Mandeville and loved them all BUT none gave us the amazing feeling of "HOME SWEET HOME" like this cozy apartment at the FDR. “I had the pleasure of staying at Mr. Del Condo at Paradisiac Beach Club. Pictures don't lie! The Condo was very clean, very modern and can't forget the the beds very comfortable, bathroom showers was to fall in love with. Everything was to my comfort. Very quiet and peaceful.Mosquitos was one of my concern. Do not forget your OFF SPRAY! "Mother nature."If I had an issue Mr Del was just a text away, very attentive to my needs.
