"The room was fine. Staff can be better. I was told that I can do a late checkout till 4 PM. I checked in at 9:30 PM went back at 11:30 to the front desk asked for the late checkout then they told me I couldn’t do it anymore not just that the late checkout cost more than the nightly rate for a few extra hours, but yeah they’ve slipped in service as far as amenities goes. They don’t have no pools. No nothing you have to take your stuff and go to the link or the flamingo. It’s just a little bit of a hassle. "

"I was disappointed that I was not able to get at least one of my options, after agreeing to let the hotel pick my accommodations sucked. I won't happen again. Beautiful hotel and staff."
