Ultimately, I did receive a refund but after I was extremely inconvenienced!! I don’t know who dropped the ball with this booking, but there should be a better system in place for this home."

Fresh, fluffy towels, plus a washer and dryer. You even have a private, gated courtyard with two seating areas with tables and chairs. "
