"When we first came and checked in, we had a question about parkng. Karen at the desk ripped the paper ticket out of my husband hand and threw it away. Then she charged us $50 and said we would get a text that will allow us to come and go as we pleased. I never got a text. In the morning when we checked out we asked for the code so we could leave. Apparently that $50 wasn't for parking, it was for a deposit and we were charged $32 more for parking, The floors of the room was damp and the walls and ceiling was dirty. The bed was very hard and hard to sleep on. At 2:30 a.m the fire alarm went off and we all had to go stand outside for about 30 mins and then allowd back in with no explanation of what happened. The bottle water in the room had a note saying that we would be charged 2.50 or something like that if we drank it. We decided not to touch anything in the room in case they might charge us for it. I will not come back or stay at another Hilton. "
