I reached out to VRBO and the owner, VRBO automotive system hung up on me and the owner did not respond to my message but emailed only when I did not have WiFi (for I was standing in the apartment building). I ended up getting a hotel rooms for my family and no one is refunding me the money for this apartment! Very disappointed and frustrated especially being 3 days before...
