“Location was great for what we needed for proximity. Yet kind of a sketchy neighborhood. The mouldings, cobwebs, and stains were unacceptable. Hadn't been cleaned in a long time The coffee pot was covered in long white cat hair and the closet it came out of has many types of hair in it. The bed was super comfortable. Just clean it and caulk up the mouldings. Way overpriced for the condition it was in.”

“We’ve been in and out of Clarksville to visit friends in the area for years. Unfortunately as our Families grew and houses did not, we had to start looking to hotels in Sango (which aren’t great) or stay at hotels that were nicer, but far away. This Vrbo was perfect - perfect in price, accommodations, communication with management, location, nearly everything! We only had one small improve, just need some blackout curtains or something in the bedrooms to keep it dark at night due to local……

Host was extremely prompt to answer my message. Would definitely recommend and we will absolutely stay here again as we will be making this trip often to see our new grandbaby”
