We contacted the hotel and it had been turned in!!! They allowed our aunt to stop by and pick up the phone for us because we had made it back to Ga. We truly appreciate the hospitality and great customer service not to mention the empathy shown while speaking to the staff over the phone. "They need to advertise that they don’t do check-ins before 3 and to check in before 12 there is a fee. They clearly saw I just came from the airport and told me I had to wait an hour in the lobby to pay a fee to check in at 12 and for parking"
