“Was a very smooth process to check in and they were very good at explaining everything. They even checked to see if we on our way and if we needed anything.”

“I would not recommend this particular unit. The rank of pot smoke was overwhelming. While I don’t think it was this unit, it was all those around it. The door kept continually locking and unlocking electronically when we tried to secure it at checkout. There was some sort of sticky all over the floor and kitchen countertop. The sofa was in such bad shape you literally sunk to the springs when you sat on it. Overall, this rental did not clean at all. While I assume the sheets were changed……

“Our family had a wonderful Christmas together at this beautiful loft. It is surprisingly huge and allowed us to spread out. The room arrangements worked so well for each family unit. Kitchen had all we needed to prepare several meals. Savanna was so great to work with…quick to answer, and understanding of the needs of families trying to be together for Christmas. ”

“Host was fine. Building condition was a bit rough around the edges but location was perfect, water was hot, and apartment clean.”

“Gorgeous place - so much space. Very high end decor and lots of little details - fantastic kitchen, 2 living areas and a really great rooftop space, ample free parking available. Location is superb - walk to river market and the street car. Well appointed, luxurious space coupled with easy check in, great KC location and the host is wonderful to work with. We would stay here every time we visit KC.”
