We reclaimed wood from the demolition and incorporated it throughout the space including in the living room, the sitting area and the hallway. New hardwood floors were installed throughout and the walls are painted dove white to create that much needed sense of calm during your stay.
Living Space: large picturesque windows with black and white marble sills offer a vantage point of the Western Auto Building, The Kauffman Theater and the individuality of the surrounding buildings' rooftops. Sit back and relax on the vintage animal print curved couch or one of the modern white velvet CB2 chairs. Complete with vintage khotan wool rug and smart Samsung tv you will kick back and relax in style.
Kitchen: the black and white marble sills carries into the kitchen as the countertop. The fully appointed kitchen with full size refrigerator is stocked with our favorite local coffee from The Roasterie. Pull up a stool at the island to check in on work or start happy hour before walking to an award winning neighborhood restaurant for dinner.
Sitting area: descend the steps from the kitchen and living space to sitting area which features two stately zebra print chairs with cocktail table set to the backdrop of a handcrafted reclaimed wood wall.
