Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
placed a box of chocolates on the night stand next to our bed last night. In the middle of the night we woke up to ants crawling all over the night stand the our bed. Notified the front desk in the morning and I was told that "Kingwood spray monthly" and "we're in the mountains". Kingwood bills itself as a resort. Nothing like a resort. Run down, unfriendly staff at front desk.
