“Had a great time!”

“The room is beautiful and had great views although the bed was very annoying, every tiny move is met with a very loud squeaking. The robes were stained with yellow looking sweat and crunchy stuff was still on them from the previous visitors. The bathroom floor was sticky and I had to clean it before we would walk on it and it appeared dirty. The washer/dryer could not be used as it was stuck locked. Great trip we loved the location of the room and it was well decorated, mostly clean and……

“We stayed for the first time over Fourth of July weekend. All the staff were extremely helpful. We enjoyed the newly expanded area featuring, Cutter Point coffee and ice cream shop as well as the Roslyn Grocery store. The unit was on the fourth floor, overlooking the forest. It’s very centrally located to all the amenities at the lodge. Matt was very responsive during our communications. We’d love to stay again. Thank you.”

“We arrived at Suncadia at 2 AM after a concert at the Gorge. Upon check-in, we went up to the room and found a tray of dirty room service dishes in front of the door. Once entering the unit, we discovered a bunch of wadded up wet towels around a leak in the toilet. The toilet seat had plastic residue on it, and toilet would not flush. That bathroom was dirty and inoperable. There were dozens of coffee mate creamers in the fridge. We understand sometimes mistakes are made with housekeeping,……

“Large, comfortable condo that was very clean and well appointed. All of the beds meant that each kid had their own, and we didn't find anything packing during our stay. Plenty of cookware, utensils, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, towels, you name it. We loved having our own private parking area, and being so close to downtown! It was close enough that we would go back several times a day just to rest, or drop off our shopping before going back out for a few more hours. Would definitely stay here……
