Rating: (3/5)We chose this Vrbo because it was large enough for four families (7 adults, 7 kids) and had appealing amenities like a hot tub, bikes, and a fire pit.Pros:Spacious for a large group, well-equipped kitchen, clean bedding, and heated bathroom floors. The kids’ room was a highlight—fun and well-designed. Outdoor space with the fire pit was great for gathering. Nearby park with borrowable sports gear was a nice bonus.Cons:The hot tub wasn’t set up (no water or power), so we couldn’t use it. Carpets were heavily stained. Furniture showed significant wear—dining chairs, couch, and a broken chair armrest. Clogged drains, a broken window crank in the kids’ room, and wall marks, holes, and stair banister chips need attention. Extra beds under bunk beds were very uncomfortable—felt like box springs. Bike tires were flat and the pump didn’t work.Communication (Vacasa):Replies were fast but not helpful, with no on-site support. Each response came from a different person, making communication inconsistent.Overall:The house has great potential and offered some enjoyable moments, but improved maintenance and more attentive hosting would make a big difference.
