If you want peace and relaxation, then this place is perfect!

Relaxing, peaceful and quiet! It was the perfect place for our friends and us to unwind. We loved how there were no surprises, it was exactly as described! We even go to seem some deer friends!

Great getaway for the 4th of July

Suncadia is a great location offering walking paths, golf, pickleball and great food and drink. The house was amazing for our group of 13, particularly the back yard and patio.

Weekend get a way

This is a great home for couples with kids or a even two foursomes of golfers. Bedrooms with bathrooms and bonus room above the garage makes for lots of privacy for a house with such a small footprint. Main area for socializing was open with lots of room, seating etc, great place!

The 19th Hole was a fantastic place to stay. We had a total of 9 guests, and the home was plenty spacious to accommodate. The description is, exactly as the property was (fantastic), no false promises. Communication before our stay was top notch. I highly recommend this place for relaxing stay.

Wine weekend with girlfriends!

The house is beautiful. There was 11 women who stayed, plenty of room for us all. Quite neighborhood. Saw wild turkeys and deer in back yard. Close to great restaurants. We had a wonderful time. Would stay here again.

Perfect weekend with friends and family

This house was perfectly located and appointed. It worked well for several families with a great kid playroom upstairs and open living area on the main. Big outdoor space that we can’t wait to use in better weather, but the hot tub was hot and much enjoyed. We have stayed at many Suncadia homes and this might jus the our favorite!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Every couple of years we gather the family (us, kids, grandkids) for a week's reunion. This year we gathered at Suncadia. We do a lot of cooking (that kind of family!) and found the kitchen well-equipped. The gathering places inside and out worked well for us--and the garage with its ping-pong table was a constant favorite. The kids, ranging in age from 21 to 12, loved the upstairs bunk room and conversations went on long after my eyes had closed for the day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The 19th Hole at Suncadia was a great spot to vacation locally with friends and family. Most rooms had their own bathrooms which made the adults happy. The bunk space upstairs gave the kids their own room to hang out in instead of always needing to be present with the adults. General consensus was that all the beds were very comfortable. The patio and back yard was beautiful. Just wish all the cushions hadn’t been covered in snow and were wet the first day so we could have enjoyed some time outside. The hot tub was fabulous. The ping pong table was enjoyed by many. Lots of space in the living room to relax, watch some tv, and enjoy each others company (or take a nap). The kitchen was stocked full of all the items we needed for cooking except for foil (we forgot that).

Quiet and peaceful and just a short walk to the lodge, river and playgrounds. A huge plus is the large backyard for the kids to play in. And it’s very clean!!

Loved the house

We are a family who loves to get together and cook, and we found the kitchen to be well stocked with kitchen equipment. The house itself was very comfortable. And we all enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.
