The home's first floor and main living space boast a beautiful floor-to-ceiling river rock gas fireplace surrounded by comfortable furniture and a gigantic smart TV. The adjoining wet bar is complete with a Harman Kardon speaker, a sink, and plenty of counter space to prepare delicious cocktails and mocktails for the group. The nearby custom kitchen features include a Wolf range, hickory cabinets, a separate island with a dishwasher and seating for two, a sizeable French-door fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker. Off of the kitchen is a separate laundry room with a washer/dryer combo and a sink. Step outside and find yourself surrounded by beautiful nature - the private covered patio is the ultimate spot to unwind outdoors. Find a beautiful firepit, plenty of inviting patio furniture, Adirondack chairs throughout, and a propane grill for warm-weather barbecues. Challenge the group to fun yard games or spend a quiet evening by the fire.

The first floor also hosts a private main bedroom with a TV and a spacious full en suite bath with a jetted tub, standalone shower, and double vanity. Upstairs there are three more inviting bedrooms and two en suite bathrooms. There is a separate, private suite above the garage with a comfortable bed and a full bathroom - perfect for couples!

There are inflatable kayaks and paddleboards for guest use.
The kitchen pantry is locked and intended for owner use only.
Guests must be cautious of fire bans in the area during certain times of the year.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
