THE BEST LOCATION!

This house is meant for entertaining and golf! An incredible floor plan, great amenities. The windows looking out at the 18th hole and the proximity to the Prospector's clubhouse was ideal. The guys golfed were able to walk off the hole to the house. Incredible. The clawfoot tub in the master was dreamy... I wanted to bring it home with me. We will be back!

Nice House with lovely views but Hot Tub is a Bust....

House was clean, well-stocked kitchen, nice living space and comfy beds. View to the golf course was great, especially with a dusting of snow! We used the outdoor fire pit a few times and really enjoyed that. We had 3 issues with the home, 2 of which we resolved: regular coffee pot in the kitchen was delivered upon request( don't have a Keurig for a house that sleeps 10). We also figured out how to get the indoor fireplace to stay on longer than 10 minutes, but no thanks to the directions on the wall. Our biggest issue and complaint was the Hot Tub- it was not working and needed servicing. Unfortunately this particular homeowner didn't use the Suncadia Maintenance crew so it was never fixed during our stay. Don't advertise a hot tub on your listing if you are not going to maintain it properly. The Suncadia staff did gives us a $150 credit to use at the resort, so at least that helped. Overall we had a great time but the hot tub issue really was annoying....
