“It's located in a quite stretch of hwy. Wifi isn't the best if room is located in the mid section of the long building. Our room wasn't serviced during a 2 days stay. First floor room has really thin ceiling,you can hear a pin drop from people above you.”

“Boston Pizza and Tim Hortons within walking distance. Comfortable and welcoming hotel. Will stay there again. ”

“Clean, comfortable room with a nice touch of complimentary bottled water. Friendly staff throughout, excellent restaurant with great coffee. The only (very minor) hiccup was that our room was stocked with towels for two guests, though there were four of us. A quick call to the front desk solved it and they brought extra towels right away. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return if we’re ever in the area again. ”

“There is no food offered on the premises but is very close to many different food options. The bed and room were clean and comfortable but my husband is disabled and had a hard time going up the stairs (which were wobbly and broken) but other than that my dog was accommodated and we were within a short distance to walking trails and grassy areas. We definately stay again. We have already stayed many times before and never a complaint. ”

“Amazing time at Aurum Lodge. It's a small lodge with a homey feel. The staff was extremely welcoming. The property is steps from Abraham Lake. There are some hiking trails on property. The restaurant had great food. Highly recommend a stay at Aurym Lodge if you're driving between Banff and Jasper. ”

“Booked a last-minute trip to Nordegg and the Homesteader cabin at Coliseum Mountain Resort. The cabin was clean and well-equiped with everything you would think you would need for a stay in the woods. The location was beautiful, quiet and cozy. There was plenty to do especially for the kids who didn't ask once for screen time and never mentioned once that they were bored. Kurt was so friendly and welcoming. We really want to go back and will do so hopefully soon! ”

“My husband and I are in our 70s and even though we only live two hours away from here, we wanted a full nature experience in a log cabin. The weather was hit and miss, but we drove around and saw wild horses, mountain goats, and lots of deer. The cabin was great. Very cosy with a nice soft, fluffy comforter on the bed. The kitchen has everything you need. The owner was very welcoming and easy to reach. He’s also very knowledgable about the area. It was a great getaway 10 out of 10. ”

“We stayed in the Cabin 1 for three days and used it as a base for exploring the David Thompson Country. The location was perfect for easily reaching many highlights of the area. This trip was a last-minute decision, and we were surprised that we were able to find any accommodation on a long weekend, and now after experiencing the cabin we are even more surprised that it was available!
