“The inside was so clean and fresh. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. Safe neighborhood too.”

“The property looked just as advertised. Clean & Pet friendly. The only thing that I would suggest is that the porch light be left on for guests as the block is really dark. ”

“Our host was great. We had a question about the garage (which we didn’t realize wasn’t included in the rental) and got an immediate answer. The place was clean except for the floors. We found some sticky spots around the kitchen and living room. We re-washed the dishes because they didn’t look totally clean. Also there were some dishes missing so we were short for the amount of people we had. No lamps in the bedrooms which was kind of inconvenient. Only a couple of hangers in one closet. None in……

“Great, cute house with charm. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen.”

“The place was beautiful and very spacious. If you are looking for a nice comfortable stay in the down town area, this is definitely the place to stay. We really enjoyed the atmosphere the place presented. Dave was very easy to work with on getting our stay put together. We give this place a 10, would definitely do it again.”

“Hosts were great at communicating. New build so it was a little hard for Google maps to locate. Other than that, the home was clean, cozy, location was close to both our destinations. Would book again!”

“The house itself was perfect for my husband and daughter and I for the week. It was clean and stocked. It was easy access to the interstate and to local attractions. The house is very close to the interstate so traffic was loud all night and having only blinds and no curtains you could see airplanes flying over at night from in the bed. My biggest complaint is with the leasing company itself. The day of my arrival they messaged me about having a different internet company come install equipment……

“The only recommendation we had for the owner was to include instructions for the Google Nest thermostat. Also wish VRBO would ask hosts to include bedroom configurations to indicate what levels bedrooms/bathrooms are located. An architectural layout is not always available and even when included, not always easy to read. Adding a search or filter option to find single level homes would also be helpful!”

“Very nice property!”
