“Everything you need. The cottage was clean, had a hairdryer in the bathroom, coffee, towels & wash cloths, sheets, condiments, dish liquid, broom, vacuum cleaner, A.C., lotion , hand soap, front porch with rocking chairs, comfortable beds, etc... just like home. The hostess was exceptional. Enjoyed!”

“First off I’d like to say, with this being a renovated old-school house it is truly immaculate; it has everything you need and more. If you don’t stay here and feel like you’re in a classroom with a huge library of reading material all around you then this place is not for you. There is reading material for all ages. There are areas all around the place to cuddle up with one of the many blankets they provide and a good book. I think the best part of my stay was the large back porch off the……

“This lake house is very modern, and clean, located on Lake Lanier, and has everything you would want in a get away with family or friends. The host is communicative and friendly and the neighbors are too. I highly recommend renting this lovely lake house!”

“We enjoyed this quaint cabin on the river with the waterfalls just steps away. The cabin itself is a cozy retreat nestled in the woods. We enjoyed sitting outside listening to the falls with our coffee, a good book, just soaking in the beauty. My children had a great time fishing and exploring along the river. Great location, close to any activity or store you’d like to visit. Great communication with Tim, who is very helpful.”

“My 3 childhood best friends and I visited the farm for a 41st bday celebration. We loved the view of the lake and meeting the horses. House was well kept, clean, and easy to get to. The property is close to wineries and downtown Dahlonega. Was a perfect size for us.”

“We were in town for a wedding at The Sanctuary Estate, this cabin was 9 mimites away from the venue and PERFECT. It was clean, well stocked from the kitchen to extra linens, and so much more than was advertised. Only complaint is that VRBO didn't send the door code, and we had to call the property manager. Nothing that the owner did wrong, and will for sure stay again!”
