「Have stayed here a lot and this is my favorite apartment in the building. We always enjoy our stay in this building. The host is always helpful and gets back to you in a timely manner. My only complaint on this trip is that the living room area rug needs washed. I left a message on a note pad to that effect. Hopefully our next visit it will have been taken care of. 」

「So heres the thing...the property is clean, the beds were comfortable, water pressure is good...all that was great. IF everything worked there would be no complaints BUT...NOT the case. It should be noted that there is NOT central AC in this property. Each room has at least one window unit, mini split, or portable ac unit...and all of that (while a little getto) is fine, BUT THEY DIDNT WORK. 「Don't go here. It's the worst place I've ever stayed at. It is listed it as almost all 10's and it shouldn't even be a 1. From the group of homeless people around the front door when we went in to the chipped off peeling walls in the lobby to the elevator that the floor looked like it was going to fall through torn all to pieces and the room that the furniture looked like had been pulled out of the dump, there was nothing good about this place.」
