“We had to leave because they're were bed bugs. We were told a refund from Expedia would be issued but still havent gotten the refund”

“the room was dirty, there was a dirty like tissue stuck in the peephole on the door. there was a like luggage tag on the floor. when I looked at the sheets there was hair on the bed and a hole in it. there were a couple bugs in the room but a lot of bugs on the walkway to the room. I ended up leaving but they wouldn't give me a full refund charged me a cleaning fee for a room that was dirty when I walked in.. really horrible first experience in this town”

“I know a tornado came through and knocked out the internet, but it wasn't going to be available at all during my stay. The pool was not open, and I was told it had not been for a few years. For a studio, I expected at least some cups, plates, and silverware, and there was none of that. I was not impressed and left the facility earlier than I had reserved.”

“After checking into our non smoking room and giving the disclosure cash deposit. When up to the room which smelt of smoking plus had ash and trash on floor. Ask to change room. He did change it, but that room had trash all over it. Wrappers behind bed, tea cup on desk, bugs in corner. Canceled room and left at high speed.”

“I was booking through Expedia and as I was about to check out my phone died when it turned back on it was now 2400 and I was only able to book the room from the 31st of June to the 1 of July. She said check out normal isn’t till. 11 but let me in anyway cuz in her words she felt bad. However on the morning of the 31 of June she came banging on the door saying I needed to leave and eventually called the cops who agreed that my hotel dates were still valid and she was wrong but I still have not……
