Do Not Stay Here!
We've used Vrbo for years and I must admit this has been the worst rental property we've ever had. There is NOT a single picture, from YOUR LISTING that matches what this property really looks like. This is a total bait & switch and if we could we would leave tonight or at least, tomorrow morning. Main Issues: 1. The photos displayed looked nothing like the property we are in.2. The smell in the apartment is like someone spilled an entire bottle of deodorizer. 3. The floors are disgusting and appear to be greasy and there are shoe marks all over the place. 4. The kitchen is NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES THAT are associated with this property. No Dishwasher, the counters, backsplash and appliances look NOTHING like what is here. 5. The bathroom is nothing like the photos that you show. No TUB, crooked barely hanging medicine cabinet, just awful. 6. Outside porch, there is no furniture at all. 7. Front steps onto the "entrance" feels like it's not at all stable. 8. The outside door looks like it's falling apart & the inside door doesn't latch. 9. Driveway has more tall weeds than cement.We attempted many times to contact the hosts Ahmad, Jacob or Jasmine. Starting as early as an hour after we arrived & never heard back from any of them. After working with VRBO to get our money back due to the Bait & Switch, the property host denied the refund. Luckily, VRBO stepped up & did the right thing. My recommendation is to run from this property & the host
