Located in a peaceful neighborhood w/ lake beach, canoe, johnboat, paddle boat, fire pit, grill, and more! This cabin has a wrap around porch that sits over the water, giving guests the wonderful opportunity to fish right off the deck. Grab your morning cup of coffee and your fishing pole, walk a few feet, and there you are in fishing heaven! For your evening entertainment, enjoy a campfire at the outdoor firepit with friends or family after a day on the lake.

We loved everything about this cabin including the seclusion and the beautiful views from the windows. Our favorite was the firepit and the paddle boats. This was one of the best trips we've had and will definitely be back! Our only suggestions would be to provide drinking glasses. The only drinkware was coffee cups and wine glasses. Also, it would be nice to have bakeware as there were none to cook with.

Only complaint was not enough supplies left for a 2 week stay and the pots and pans were in very poor condition. Had to buy paper towels and use Walmart sacks for trash. Bought 2 new pans at Dollar General to use. Love the cabin. Wish we could move there. Bed was comfortable. Fish were not very cooperative.

Super nice, secluded, very quiet. Beautiful views. Plenty of fish to catch if u have the right bait. Not far from Helen. A place to decompress and be one with nature. Catfish, bass, and bream are bountiful here. Husband caught a 12 lb flathead cat off a piece of Gwaltney hotdog.

Overall not a good experience. I travel frequently and this is the first time in a long time I will be leaving a negative review. Let me start of by saying that the house and location are nice, cozy and somewhat secluded. The house was clean and the check in process was fairly simple. Now for full transparency & the issues I experienced with Knott's Landing during my shortened stay two days ago.1) The shower faucet snout was broken and we were not able to take showers. We had a 2 day stay scheduled but left after one day. The Management company I reached out to was not very helpful. They led me to believe that someone was coming to fix the shower and I ended up staying in the cabin all day waiting for them..They never showed up. The communication with the management company was delayed & not good. Instead of addressing the issue & keeping me updated on progress, I was getting spam texts about discounts if i spent an extra night and feedback links. Meanwhile No shower and waste of time waiting for it to be fixed. We left the same evening disappointed. Also, the place is not as isolated as advertised. You will share the little pond with four other homes that are hidden in the trees right in front of you. The cabin sits next to a road that people drive through routinely. There were no fish that were caught by me or the three other pond users on canoes from the surrounding homes. Just a poisonous water snake that swam close by. Overall not worth the money & bad prop. mgr.

This property is very well maintained and truly one-of-a-kind. Sitting on the deck fishing and watching the deer walk out of the woods so casually as if they didn't have a care in the world. This is/was so very peaceful. We will book this property again.

We had a great time at the cabin. We went to Helen the first day, then we didn’t leave the cabin the rest of the time. Lol. We needed a relax-cation!!

The cabin was perfect for us! We were up for a baseball tournament and this was where we chose to stay so were were not in town but close enough to enjoy when we wanted to go into Helen. We made some menories and WILL be back!! Close to town, and the fishing was great. Cabin was spotless and the overhang was nice to stay out or the sun and when it rained we were still able to untiliz the deck/dock area.

The cabin was real clean and verry comfortable. The air was wonderful no problem. We killed a few spiders and had about a dozen of the big black ants in the cabin. But overall its a real nice place to get away the fishing wasn't all that great though.

Peaceful and Relaxing

Had a great time at the cabin. It's clean and comfortably sleeps 2 adults and 2 kids. We caught some fish, enjoyed the paddle boats and made s'mores. Helen is close-by but has gotten more popular than when we first visited years ago, especially over the holiday weekend.

Cleveland Cabin

We had the most amazing time. The cabin was great. Would only suggest that maybe they provide a throw for the living room. We saw fish; however, we didn't catch any. It was still fun trying. We went out in the john boat. The weather was cool in the morning and warm during the day. We visited several various towns and facilities while there. We went antique stores, the Automotive Museum in Clarkesville. It was very interesting. We did take a two-hour trip to Spring Cover and saw the natural spring in the town. We would highly recommend this cabin for anyone who wanted peace and quiet. At night sitting outside, all we heard was the sound of nature. It was beautiful. We went there to see if we wanted to take all of our children on a family vacation there next summer. It's gorgeous.
