This is a wonderful property, high-end furnishings decor. The layout is great, and the pool is wonderful. The property is very quiet with no sounds of the outside c world. We all enjoyed the many deer.

Pool house review

My family had a wonderful time. The house and pool were perfect for our needs. We didn't want for anything. Lots of bugs outside, but it is July in Georgia and that's to be expected. Will probably book again for next summer.

Wonderful vacation property!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. This was by far the best rental property ever. Spacious, high end decor, multiple rooms to relax and hang out. There were 10 people in my party, ages 8 to 75. Everyone clearly stated it was our best family reunion spot, ever! The pool was a wonderful spot for our days, very clean and refreshing. The property is quiet and relaxing. In 5 days the only sound of civilization we heard was a helicopter flying over once. Everyone enjoyed the local deer. We are ready to book Golden Hill again!

Paradise at Golden Pond – Perfect in Every Way! If you’re looking for the perfect mountain escape, Golden Pond House in Cleveland, Georgia is everything you could dream of—and more. Nestled in the heart of wine country and surrounded by stunning vineyards, hikes and waterfalls this home offers not only beauty but a deep sense of peace and relaxation. From the moment we arrived, the views took our breath away. The backdrop of the Blue Ridge Mountains is pure magic, and the sunrise alone is worth waking up at 5:45 AM to witness. Imagine sipping your morning coffee as golden light pours over the rolling hills and reflects off the pond—it’s absolutely unforgettable. Inside, the home is just as special. The decor strikes the perfect balance between cozy and elegant. Every room feels thoughtfully curated, warm, and welcoming—like your favorite blanket and best memories all wrapped into one. It’s that rare feeling of being somewhere new, yet totally at home. Not one thing felt out of place or missing. In fact, I wouldn’t change a thing.

Beautiful Home!

Our family of 12 really enjoyed our stay. The home and views were beautiful. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone in the home. The guest house was very convenient and quiet for a couple with a toddler. The kitchen was well equipped and the grill in the outdoor kitchen was perfect for grilling steaks. The large pool was appreciated during the July heat wave. We did have to bring our own pool noodles, rafts, toys, etc. Our only issues were: 1. The front door lock didn't work when we arrived. Vacasa personnel let us know alternate ways to enter the home. 2. One left runner on the bottom rack of the dishwasher was missing and the other was damaged. 3. Poor water pressure in showers on the main and upper floors. This is the only reason we would not stay again. 4. The water in the upper floor shower was lukewarm, never hot. Helen was a convenient 20 min. drive. But overall, the home is lovely and worked very well for our annual family vacation!
