This host did not communicate with us and left us high and dry the morning of. VRBO thankfully helped us locate a last minute rental and took care of us.I understand that emergencies can happen so initially we were worried about host. Then she finally replied just to say they cancelled due to age. Which it was all adults that would’ve been staying. The lack of communication and accountability was not there. I did notice they are new to this so maybe they will improve after this bad experience.
