「We had an amazing time staying in Roosters Cabin. It was just the right size for our family and close to Helen where we spent most of our time. My only complaint is the bed was hard but other than that everything was perfect! My husband and I are planning on booking a trip just me and him in the future! 」

「Enjoyed our trip. Great accommodations for 4 couples. Beds were comfy. Enjoyed time on the porches. Never found the falls on the property but did not go past private property signs. So glad to find the games when it rained. We had a blast. No hvac but the hotel type acs did wonderful in the summer heat. Easy drive to Helen. Cleveland had grocery stores and anything we needed. Highly recommend this rental. 」

「It was relaxing and so close to town. We had a blast」

「We love this cabin, this was our 6th.stay here.It would be nice to have grab bars in the two large tubs. The balcony is great, but could use a really good scrubbing. We love sitting on the balcony watching the tubers and the river.」

「The property was great, excellent location. Close and convenient to town whether walking or driving. Enjoyed our time outside, tubing down the river and stopping "at home" on the way down or just watching others flow by, played corn hole, had a fire and s'mores, cooked and dined outside, relaxed on the swing and read, watched TV outside, etc. We only had a couple of items that could be improved on. There was only one hair dryer that was on the wall in one of the bathrooms, none in the bathroom...

「This was our second year at the River Estate at Toccoa and we had another amazing stay. This place is perfect for grandparents, children, spouses, and grandkids to get away. There’s plenty of room. The heated hot tub pool and sauna were perfect when the weather was a bit chilly. The house was well stocked. Having two refrigerators upstairs in the kitchen was a nice addition and helpful for those doing meal prep. There are lot of local hikes and if course there is the river for tubing. We can’t...

「My girlfriend I stayed here for the weekend and we had a beautiful time. It is very secluded, good location. We even saw deer right outside the window in the morning! 10/10 definitely would stay here again. 」

「What an amazing stay! Our family rented the two villas on the hill for our daughter’s wedding at Montaluce Winery. The pictures don’t do the properties justice. The architecture and decor is completely Tuscan themed. The furnishings are clean and comfortable. HOWEVER THE VIEW STEALS THE SHOW. Gorgeous! We found the price very reasonable considering we housed 6 people in each villa, which would be 3 hotel rooms rented. 」
