The Disconnect was perfect for our friend trip to the wine country. The location is beautiful, convenient and relaxing. The kitchen amenities are excellent. Check in and out was seamless. Amy provided essential information and plenty of entertainment options. Highly recommend The Disconnect for friends and family.

The property was very modern and unique. The amenities were also really nice and comfortable (pillows, bedding, towels). Just a couple things that didn't go too well. As we were cooking breakfast, we lost power to the oven (maybe too many appliances on the same breaker?) I tried calling the host for help and didn't get an answer. I also tried the emergency number with no answer. Luckily I was able to find the breaker box and reset the breaker that was tripped. Also, I found some nail clippings and rolled up toilet paper on the bed frame. That was off putting.
