"My room was clean and the property was clean. There was a little bit of painting going on but it didn't take away from the cleanliness. Breakfast was good and there were plenty of options. The staff was very friendly and check in was quick. My only concern was that the window covering in the room was just a simple see through shade, the curtains did not close. I was in an area of the hotel that had a VERY bright light just outside in the parking lot and it made the room so bright. I could only sleep facing away from the light. The pool and hot tub area were fine, and the hot tub was warm, but the jets were out of order, so it wasn't as relaxing."

"Breakfast was very good, but two machines were out of order, the juice one and one other. Ice Machine on our floor was AWOL otherwise great room and not dirty as another reviewer commented. Desk clerk did need to speak louder."

"first room had a complete broken bed. They give us a second key. No Hot water. Bath cracked. No A/C , the plugg was burned. Sheets were dirty ( brown stain ). No mini fridge. Worst : A window in the bathroom WITH NO CURTAIN. DONT GO THERE WISH THEY COULD REFOUND"

"The property is small and including parking, even small. I hoped to be in secluded Catskill nature. A school next door, heavy equipment and property off a road caused a motel like feeling. The hotel is dark, rather than sunlit. Breakfast was the best part. "

"The Schooner was a perfect apartment for two adults and a kid, with tons of space and a full kitchen. The staff were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. It's a unique set of properties, and the common area was also really great. I would return to this hotel."
