"The lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She was so welcoming and kind. Our stay was great! The hotel was clean, nice and the indoor pool was a huge plus for our kiddos!"

"The shower hose spayed out the sides and not the shower head resulting in a flooded bathroom including the slippers being worn. Showering was impossible. additionally, there was NO hairdryer in the room, so wet hair is very unpleasant."

"Room was clean and spacious. Air conditioning worked great. Day staff was good. The night front desk person was downright mean. When I asked for a microwave before the breakfast bar was open he showed passive aggression by closing the cabinets very loudly and muttering under his breath. My son was with me and I felt bad that he had to go through that. "
