「The room we got was supposed to have room for at least 5 people and with a sofa bed. There was no sofa bed so two of us had to share a bed. The property says they have ironing boards upon request - they did not. For a suite that’s supposed to have room for at least 5, they only provided one tiny water bottle (and another tiny one with gas). Property was not clean at all. 「The hotel is quite new and the staff is very helpful. The standard room is not very spacious but u won't be in the room for the most of the time anyway. The location is fine. Not so far from the commercial area (99-100 st.) but during rush hours, it'll take almost 1 hr to get there. So u can imagine the traffic in Bogota... The only thing i'd like to remind here is if u book the pick-up service to the airport, make sure the car will be on time no matter how bad the weather is. Or you can book...

「This hotel rooms are 1 star cheap looking, no amenities a ridiculous shower that leaked all over. It felt like a servant’s room from last century. They offer things they don’t have like shuttle service and restaurant. The bars are on 8th floor, they are rented in the bldg and they are super noisy at night. Breakfast is served in a gloomy room in the parking lot! Terrible hotel.」
