“This new property listing’s chiefest assets are its location, being close to the lake, park, and downtown shopping/dining areas. The posted photos are accurate for this cozy, charming & whimsically appointed apartment. The bath, kitchen & dining areas were extremely comfortable & well-supplied (though we didn’t do any cooking). The living room & bedroom were comfortable, too, though chair cushions & mattress were on the “soft” side. Another huge plus, at least for us, was the off-street……

“The apartment was comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. We appreciated the welcome snacks and coffee set up. The location was ideal and we could walk to the lake, the market place and around town. Communication was excellent. We had a problem on travel day on our end and Laurie was great working with us to make everything work out for us!”

“Good parking and lovation”

“It was a great location. We were able to walk everywhere. The only downside was having to pay for parking and move the car to another location for overnight.”

“I had a really bad experience with this place. I booked it for Memorial Day weekend. the building is not well insulated at all. Every time people walked in the apartment above us, it felt like an earthquake because of how loud the noise was.On Saturday night, there were young people on the third floor playing loud music, screaming and jumping.I couldn’t sleep until after midnight. I eventually had to call the police because of the noise.I would not recommend this place for families or anyone……

“The studio is ideally located and larger than it appears in the photos. Very clean and reasonably struck, and it was great to have access to laundry. Fantastic location, one block off the water and the train station and all of downtown. Errin was a great communicator and helped to make our stay very pleasant.”

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well decorated, very clean and within close walking distance to restaurants, stores and coffee shops. We also appreciated the hosts' timely responses to our questions and the extra touches in the apartment: coffee, tea, napkins, etc. We would definitely stay here again when we're in Burlington.”

“We visited in August and found the space comfortable with the help of 2 AC units. The unit was clean and comfortably decorated. The living room furniture was comfy and well kept. We were able to host our adult son and his partner for dinner both nights; they were in walking distance of us. The kitchen was well supplied and neat. We intend to return to this location as it’s convenient to everything we want to do!”
