“Lovely home, convenient to Winooski and Burlington with fantastic view across Malletts Bay. House is on a busy road but has enough of a parking pad that allowed easy pull in and pull out. Only wish we had warmer weather to take advantage of the deck and fire pit overlooking the water. Would stay again. ”

“While the view was beautiful the cabin needed serious cleaning. The shower had one of those mats which was disgusting, there were hairs in the shower and soap scum. It was extremely dusty with cobwebs every where, when you turn on the fans dust flew down. The living room was a great space with beautiful views from the new windows but several pieces of furniture should be replaced for they are quite dingy. We kept our shoes on for the rugs were dirty. There is plenty of space for a large group……

“Kitchen setup worked well for our group. Suggest putting in a new sink as it was old, however clean. Loved having the hot tub after a long day of site seeing. Host was attentive and helpful as had a plumbing issue that he was able to get fixed immediately. ”

“Check-in process and communication with the owner was seamless. Fully equipped kitchen and all the right comfort items to make this a comfortable stay. Absolutely the best views from the bedrooms and dining area, sun porch and the hot tub! Coffee by sunrise? Check! Right on the treetop deck overlooking the lake and mountains. Ask about swimming conditions of the lake if this is important for your stay.”
