「Our family enjoyed our stay in this home. The place felt clean and well cared for. We had a few questions and concerns, which the host worked to answer and address very quickly. We would stay here again if in need of lodging in this area. For awareness, the home is part of a duplex, so we were able to hear the neighbors a bit. 」

「We've stayed in this complex before, so we like the set up and location. Unfortunately, we encountered 2 issues: My daughter and her husband woke up the 1st night with bedbug bites and moved to another bedroom. Although minor, the outdoor grill was quite disgusting and not cleaned prior so even though the owners offered to have it cleaned, we decided not to use. 」

We actually even had the opportunity to chill with an adorable little owl that was sitting on the driveway and just decided to hang out with us for a bit. 「The house was very clean, and the kids enjoyed the instruments in the house and the park across the street. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The one big negative was that the water had a strong rotten egg odor which was unpleasant when getting a glass of water to drink or taking a shower. We asked the host if this was normal, but never heard back from them. Also, there is only one HVAC for the house so the bedrooms upstairs stay warmer than the rest of the house. 」

「Perfect size home for our family of four and small dog. House is cozy and clean, and is situated in a quiet neighborhood on a wooded lot. Deer visited the backyard, and we enjoyed their whimsical presence while getting a late night snack and saw them through the kitchen window. The house is only 8 minutes away from downtown Carmel and about 30 minutes to downtown Indianapolis. Would definitely stay again.」
