Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was spotless. Property was decorated for fall and Halloween, our 3 year old granddaughter loved it. One of the best breakfast selections I’ve seen at a hotel, and the morning staff was friendly and welcoming. We would stay here again when visiting Sedalia.

This property is so cute (railroad theme) and well maintained. The lobby was decorated for the fall. The breakfast buffet is substancial. They only do maid service on request but you can request new towels or trash emptied. After 2 nights, I requested a room refresh and it was done. There is an indoor pool, small fitness room and washer and dryer for use. It is conveniently located.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was tiny. Only the toilet and shower was in one room. The sink was in another area. The bathroom door hit the tub when you tried to use the shower. If you are a bigger person it would have been hard to turn around to close the door. Breakfast had lots of choices. The biscuits and gravy was my favorite. The staff were friendly and helpful.
